Da mercoledì 4 settembre l’ex caserma Masini ospiterà il mercato settimanale di prodotti biologici e a km0 di Campi Aperti, frutto della collaborazione tra l’associazione di produttori e Làbas, già cominciata con la partecipata giornata dell’8 Giugno scorso.
Ogni mercoledì oltre dieci produttori porteranno frutta, verdura, formaggi, pane, vino, farine, miele, olio, birra, legumi, zuppe, conserve e tanto ancora.
Ma il mercoledì a Làbas non è solo mercato.
Ad affiancare i mercati tanti dibattiti, presentazioni di libri, proiezioni su beni comuni, la terra e le sue risorse, sulla campagna Genuino Clandestino (https://www.facebook.com/GenuinoClandestino) e Terra Bene Comune, sul perché il FICO, la nuova cittadina dello slow food che dovrebbere sorgere al CAAB di Bologna entro il 2015, rappresenti un punto critico sullo sviluppo della città.
E infine un appuntamento fisso con concerti live a chiudere la giornata.
